1. Who We Are
Cradle Capital Corp ("we," "us," "our") operates the Atomic Flash Desk, which provides flash-liquidity facilities — including flash loans, cross-venue refinancing, and self-liquidation — through ownerless smart contracts on Ethereum and other public chains, under written terms agreed per counterparty. This policy explains how we handle information when you use this site and enquire about the desk.
2. Information We Process

We do not ask for your government ID or seed phrase, and we never have access to your private keys or funds.
3. How We Use Information
- Respond to enquiries, evaluate suitability, and negotiate and administer written terms.
- Provide, operate, and secure the desk and its facilities.
- Screen for sanctions, fraud, and prohibited activity, and comply with law.
- Communicate with you about your enquiry or an active facility.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses only what is technically necessary to serve the pages and the enquiry form. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party product analytics, or session-recording tools on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles. Your browser's own settings and tracking-protection tools remain available to you.
5. How Information Is Shared
- Blockchains. When a facility is used, transaction details are broadcast on public blockchains, where they are permanently visible.
- Service vendors. Hosting, email, and compliance/sanctions-screening vendors that process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud or illicit activity.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. On-Chain Data Is Public
Blockchain transactions — including wallet and Safe addresses, amounts, and hashes — are public, permanent, and outside our control. Anyone can view and analyze them. Please keep this in mind when transacting.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry and application data for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and, if a facility proceeds, for as long as required to administer it and to meet legal, compliance, and financial-record obligations. On-chain data cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for securing your own wallet, Safe, and keys.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a regulator. To make a request, contact us at support@atomicpay.cloud. We cannot alter on-chain data.
10. International Transfers
We and our vendors may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date.
